Homeschooling gives families enormous flexibility and options to find and create a community for both you and your children. It’s a bonus that New Hampshire is such a small state because that means just about any group is within reach if it’s the right fit for your family.

GSHE has several resources to help you connect with other homeschoolers.

  1. All of our forum communities are available to GSHE members with accounts on our website. This is our primary resource to help you find and connect with other homeschoolers across New Hampshire.
  2. We encourage members to create meet-up opportunities such as trips to favorite parks, hiking trails, field trips, and more. These are great ways to meet more people and make friends.
  3. We have several GSHE groups on Facebook, including our main FB group with over 7,000 members.
  4. GSHE maintains an extensive list of local and interest-based Support Groups to help you connect with more people near you for social and learning opportunities.
  5. Families may also choose to participate in group learning and co-op programs. There are dozens of drop-off and fee-based programs available around the state.
